Hey, I need a stupid strenght cycle.

5×5 -> 4×4 -> 3×3 -> 2×2 -> 1×1-> deload.

Starting at 75% / 85% ;

Complete all the rep for one scheme then add 2,5 / 5 / 10 kg … whatever for the next scheme to be hard enough (eg. 3×3@ 285Kg completed. Move to 2×2@290Kg. Simple ?)

Then, next phase…

1×1 ->2×2->3×3->4×4->5×5 -> deload.

Rep building. Add weight if « too » easy. Focus on speed and quality.
